Dawood University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi is a public sector university chartered by the Government of Sindh, delivering PEC and HEC recognised engineering, technology, architecture and sciences degrees.
Vision
To be a leading centre of engineering and technological education in Pakistan, recognised nationally and internationally for the quality of its graduates, the relevance of its research and its contribution to the industrial and social development of Sindh and the country.
Mission
To provide high quality, outcome based education in engineering, technology, architecture, planning, information technology, management and basic sciences.
To carry out applied research that addresses the needs of local industry, energy, environment and the built environment, and to commercialise it through the University's research and incubation offices.
To develop graduates who combine technical competence with professional ethics, communication skills and a commitment to lifelong learning.
